Posting Article Policy
Article Posting Policy
Authors are encouraged to understand the policies regarding posting and managing their articles throughout the publication process in Jurnal Lentera Kesehatan Masyarakat (JLKM).
Before Submission
Authors may only submit articles to JLKM if the manuscripts have not been published or submitted elsewhere, including other journals or preprint servers.
After Submission
Once an article has been submitted to JLKM, authors are permitted to share a submitted (pre-review) version on non-commercial platforms such as institutional repositories or personal websites, provided they include a clear statement that the article is under review and has not yet been accepted or published.
After Acceptance
If the manuscript was previously posted online (e.g., in a repository), authors are required to update the posted version with the accepted manuscript version from JLKM, including a statement that the article has been accepted and is forthcoming in the journal. No other changes are allowed at this stage.
After Publication
Once the article is officially published, authors must replace the previous version(s) with the final published version that includes proper citation and a link to the article’s DOI on the JLKM website. This ensures proper attribution and access to the version of record.
