Hubungan Antara Postur Kerja, Umur, Masa Kerja Dengan Keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) Pada Pekerja

Abstract
Musculoskeletal Disorders adalah gangguan yang dialami seseorang dari keluhan ringan hingga nyeri parah pada bagian persendian, syaraf, otot dan tulang. belakang akibatt pekerjaan yang tidak alamiah. Hasil studi pendahuluan pada CV. Sada Wahyu didapatkan pekerja mengalami keluhan pada 9 bagian tubuh utama. Hal ini terjadi karena posisi punggung yang membungkuk sudut 88?selama bekerja, proses kerja yang dilakukan berulang dengan waktu yang lama. Umur pekerja rata-rata berumur ?35 tahun dan masa kerja rata-rata ?5 tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan postur kerja, umur dan masa kerja dengan keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) pada pekerja di CV. Sada Wahyu Bantul, Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan peneltian cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 42 orang. Teknik sampling menggunakan totality sampling. Instrumen menganalisis postur kerja terhadap kejadian keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders adalah lembar Rapid Entrie Body Assessment. Untuk melihat keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders menggunakan lembar Nordic Body Map. Analisis data uji chi square. Analisis bivariat menunjukkan ada hubungan antara postur kerja dengan keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders pada pekerja p-value (0,033<0,05). Ada hubungan antara umur dengan keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders pada pekerja p-value (0,012< 0,05), dan ada hubungan antara masa kerja dengan keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders pada pekerja p-value(0,009< 0,05). Terdapat hubungan secara statistik antara postur kerja, umur dan masa kerja dengan keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders pada pekerja CV. Sada Wahyu kabupaten Bantul.
