Hubungan Shift Kerja dan Kelelahan Kerja dengan Tingkat Kinerja Driver Hauling CV.Lintas Fortuna Nusantara

Abstract
Latar Belakang: Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang pekerja dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Berdasarkan data hasil observasi di CV. Lintas Fortuna Nusantara, pada tahun 2020 terjadi 7 kasus kecelakaan kerja pada driver hauling yang disebabkan oleh human error dan 3 diantaranya disebabkan oleh kelelahan fisik atau fatigue, dimana kecelakaan kerja yang disebabkan oleh kelelahan terjadi pada jam kerja malam atau shift 2 (18.00 – 06.00 WITA). Kelelahan kerja berkaitan erat dengan tingkat kinerja pekerja, menurunnya kinerja sama artinya dengan menurunnya produktivitas kerja. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini merupakan analitik observasional dengan menggunakan rancangan peneltian cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh driver hauling di CV Lintas Fortuna Nusantara. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik quota sampling yang mana jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat, analisis bivariat (chi square). Hasil: hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwasannya shift kerja dengan tingkat kinerja bermakna secara statistik (p=0,000;RP=0,074;95%CI=0,024-0,233) dan kelelahan berhubungan dengan tingkat kinerja (p=0,016).
