Hubungan Antara Umur, Masa Kerja dan Beban Kerja Fisik dengan Kelelahan Kerja Pada Pekerja Di Pabrik Kerupuk Subur dan Pabrik Kerupuk Sahara Di Yogyakarta

Abstract
Latar Belakang: Kelelahan menunjukkan penurunan daya kerja dan ketahanan tubuh untuk bekerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pekerja pabrik kerupuk Subur dan pabrik kerupuk Sahara di Yogyakarta, pekerja di tempat tersebut mayoritas berusia 20-47 tahun dengan mayoritas masa kerja >5 tahun serta pekerja yang mengandalkan kekuatan fisik pekerja diharuskan bekerja sesuai target yang memicu pekerja mengalami kelelahan. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional dengan sampel 32 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah totality sampling. Instrument yang digunakan berupa kuesioner IFRC yang diadopsi dari buku Tarwaka dan Oximeter. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji Chi-square. Hasil: Hasil univariat umur muda yaitu 22 orang (68,8%), masa kerja lama yaitu 20 orang (62,5%), beban kerja ringan yaitu 18 orang (56,2%), kelelahan kerja kategori berat yaitu 19 orang (59,4%). Analisis bivariat menunjukkan ada hubungan antara umur (p-value 0,047 < 0,05), masa kerja (p-value 0,007 < 0,05) dan beban kerja fisik (p-value 0,021 < 0,05) dengan kelelahan kerja pada pekerja di pabrik kerupuk Subur dan pabrik kerupuk Sahara di Yogyakarta. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara umur, masa kerja dan beban kerja fisik dengan kelelahan kerja pada pekerja di pabrik kerupuk Subur dan pabrik kerupuk Sahara di Yogyakarta.
