Pengaruh Akreditasi Terhadap Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan : Literature Review

Abstract
Akreditasi merupakan upaya penting untuk peningkatan dan melakukan pengembangan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di fasilitas kesehatan. Faktor yang memengaruhi akreditasi dalam pelayanan kesehatan yaitu sumber daya manusia, anggaran, fasilitas kesehatan, tindakan medis maupun non medis, kebijakan, dan manajemen karena menjadi indikator kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh akreditasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan pada fasilitas kesehatan. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan mengumpulkan artikel dan jurnal yang telah terindeks nasional sebanyak 10 artikel dan internasional sebanyak 15 artikel dari database Elsevier, Springer, Google Scholar, dan PubMed. Akreditasi memengaruhi kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang berdampak pada sarana dan prasarana dan kualitas petugas kesehatan sehingga terjadi peningkatan pada kepuasan pasien. Terdapat hal lain seperti beban kerja staff terjadi peningkatan yang menyebabkan adanya keluhan petugas. Pelaksanaan akreditasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang terbagi menjadi dampak positif dan dampak negatif bagi pelayanan kesehatan.
