Pengaruh stress kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai : literature review

Abstract
Tantangan yang dihadapi perusahaan di bidang sumber daya manusia adalah mencari cara untuk memitigasi dampak stres kerja sehingga meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi perusahaan untuk fokus pada karyawannya, memastikan kenyamanan dan kesejahteraan mereka, karena hal ini secara langsung mempengaruhi kinerja mereka. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode literature review dari beberapa jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai serta motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal lain yang dapat disimpulkan adalah stres memiliki dampak positif dan negatif. Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
